3. The customer will directly receive corresponding alarm information through the N9M protocol. The customer’s platform will handle the alarms accordingly (e.g., reminding the end user only if there are 5 moderate fatigue alarms triggered within 1 minute). The customer will also use CB2’s API to access corresponding alarm evidence.
